Deleting your account

1. Open bluon.day and sign in with your Google account.
2. Go to Profile and scroll to the bottom.
3. Tap Delete my account and confirm.

Deletion is immediate: there's no waiting period and the data can't be recovered.

If you can't get into the app, write to privacy@bluoberon.it from the address you signed up with. We'll act within 30 days, as required by the GDPR.

• Your to-dos, with dates, times, categories and status.
• Your areas and the people you care for that you've added.
• Your circle: members, roles and invitations not yet accepted.
• Your membership of other people's circles (you leave automatically).
• Your push reminder subscriptions and the AI action counter.
• Your account details: name, email, plan and subscription status.

• The events in your Google Calendar and your Google Tasks: they stay in your Google account, which belongs to you. You can revoke bluon.day's access from myaccount.google.com/permissions.
• The to-dos other people have created in their own planner and assigned to you: that's their data. When you delete your account, you simply stop seeing them.
• Tax documents relating to any payments, which we're required by law to keep (10 years) with our payment provider.
